What Begins When The License Is Issued

Our Federal Firearms License application is in process. Everything below is what Ferrum Arms is built to do the day it is granted — none of it is offered, sold, or available today, and we are not taking orders against any of it.

01
Begins At Licensing
Precision Manufacturing
Small-arms manufacturing built around consistent tolerances, proper marking and serialization (0.003" deep, 1/16" print), and quality control at every station. Production begins when our license is issued — not before.
02
Begins At Licensing
Compliance & Recordkeeping
Electronic A&D bound-book records, AFMER reporting, and audit-ready documentation, stood up before day one rather than bolted on after an inspection. We are building the records system now so it is running the day the license arrives.
03
Begins At Licensing
Contract & OEM Manufacturing
Private-label and contract runs for other FFLs and brands — your spec and your tolerances, built with the same discipline as everything else that will leave the shop. Available once our federal manufacturing license is issued.
04
Begins At Licensing
Bilingual Support
Compliance questions, order status, and paperwork handled in English or Spanish. Florida’s gun owners don’t all speak the same first language, and neither will our support desk.
Further Out

Planned Capabilities

These would each require federal licensing beyond the manufacturing application we currently have pending. We haven’t applied for that licensing yet, and we’d rather name what’s further out than let a services page imply we can already do it.

05
Requires Additional Licensing
Firearms Transfers
Running transfers in-house — full Form 4473, full NICS check, no shortcuts — would require adding a dealer-class FFL alongside our manufacturing license. We have not applied for one yet.
06
Requires Additional Licensing
Retail & Counter Sales
A counter where the people who built it are the people who sell it. This would require that same dealer-class license, and is a longer-term ambition rather than a near-term plan.
07
Requires Additional Licensing
NFA Items & SOT
Suppressors and SBRs run on their own set of rules. A Special Occupational Tax registration cannot even be applied for until a federal firearms license is held, so this sits behind everything else on this page.
Begins At Licensing — planned under the manufacturing license currently pending Requires Additional Licensing — would need federal licensing we have not applied for

Who We Will Sell To

Under a federal manufacturing license, sales go to licensed dealers and authorized distributors — not direct to consumers. That isn’t a policy choice on our part; it’s what the license permits, and we’d rather be plain about it than let a homepage imply otherwise.

Until our license is issued we are not selling, quoting, or accepting orders from anyone. If you’re an FFL, a distributor, or a brand thinking about contract capacity for after that point, we’re glad to talk now and introduce ourselves properly. Get in touch.

Introduce Yourself Early

No terms, no pricing, no orders until the license is issued — just a conversation, so you’re not a stranger when it is.
